One-on-one basketball coaching for every level — from your first season to your next big one. No tryouts, no judgment. Just work that shows up when the game's on the line.

You don't need a college dream or a highlight reel to train seriously. Most people who show up just want to feel more confident with the ball in their hands.
Getting ready for tryouts, working toward more minutes, or building real fundamentals before things get more competitive. Parents are welcome at every session, and you'll always know what we're working on and why.
Never played competitively, used to play years ago, or just tired of being the guy who can't create his own shot. It's never too late to add a handle, a jumper, or the confidence to run your offense.
Chasing a starting spot, a scholarship, or just a level up from last season. Same coaching, same care — just a higher ceiling to train toward.
We start with what your game actually needs, train it properly, and make sure it shows up in a real game — not just on a quiet court on a Tuesday afternoon.
One court, one player, one focus. Shooting mechanics, ball handling, finishing, and footwork trained at game speed — not stationary reps.
Book a session →A written plan for the season — what to train, in what order, with progress you can actually measure. Includes monthly online check-ins.
Start a plan →Send your game footage and get it back with timestamps, the reads you missed, and two or three habits worth fixing before your next game.
Send film →A skill you can only pull off alone, unguarded, and fresh isn't a skill yet — it's a rehearsal. We build it up in the same order every time.
We start with your game film and a quick movement check. You'll get an honest, written read on what's actually costing you possessions — often not what you expected.
Two or three priorities, not twenty. We rebuild each one slowly, with no defender and no clock — because reps built in a hurry don't survive contact.
The same skill, now with fatigue, contact, and a live defender. We track it on film so you can see the change yourself — not just take our word for it.
A former Langara Falcons point guard and Richmond high school MVP, Royce brings years of college experience and a guard's eye to player development.

His Langara career included CCAA All-Canadian recognition, back-to-back PACWEST First Team All-Star selections, a PACWEST Second Team selection, and more than 1,000 career college points — built on a scoring title, two assist titles, and a share of the program's all-time single-game scoring record at 53 points.
Every step of the program above is the same one Royce trained through himself, from rookie year to record night.
No edits, no music — just proof of the standard this program trains to.
